The CCLC collectively represents over 70,000 working people across various sectors, including teachers, school employees, farmworkers, firefighters, postal workers, workers in healthcare, building and construction trades, higher education, and home care.
Through community, workplace, and political organizing, we work to ensure that working people have the fundamental right to representation in the workplace and the ability to democratically organize themselves. We believe that through collective action and solidarity, working people can achieve the highest standards of living and personal fulfillment. We believe these efforts are vital to maintaining ethical democratic principles and ensuring that the world is a better place for future generations.
